You don't need a radio signal, just a webstream. With just an internet connection, a few open source programs, and some rubber bands and glue, you can connect your voice and your programs to web listeners (rubber bands and glue definitely optional).

The 14th annual Allied Media conference will offer hands-on trainings and strategy sessions in a wide-range of media practices. Held every summer in Detroit, the AMC unites the worlds of media, art, technology, education and social justice. This year, Prometheus is coordinating community radio workshops!
